Purchase

Will I receive an exact product as shown in the picture?

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions on our website. 

However, in the event that any of the flowers or colors depicted in the image are unavailable due to seasonal variations, shipment delays, or other supply challenges, we will make substitutions with appropriate floral or foliage alternatives and such substitutions may be implemented without prior notice or obligation to you. Rest assured, our utmost effort will be dedicated to recreating the style and color depicted in the image to the best of our ability.

In the event of significant alterations that may impact the overall appearance of the original bouquet, we will contact you to discuss the proposed alterations.

Can I add a message card with my purchase?

Yes. Please enter your request in the "Remarks" section in during checkout.

Kindly limit your message to 500 characters to ensure it fits within the available space on the card.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

Following the completion of the checkout process, an automated email response, along with an order number, will be promptly sent to you. Kindly check your spam or junk mail folder, as occasionally, confirmation emails may be automatically classified as spam by your service provider.

Should you not receive this confirmation within one hour of placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us via our contact form, email or WhatsApp to verify the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card (Master/Visa) and PayNow.

Delivery

Where can you deliver my orders to?

Our delivery services are limited to Singapore only, and we regret to inform that we do not offer international shipping options at the moment.

We provide island-wide delivery except for restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Airport Zone, Changi Airport Cargo, Sea Ports, Military bases and Pulau Ubin.

For deliveries to Sentosa Island, a surcharge of $10 will apply. Please coordinate directly with us to make the necessary arrangements.  

Can you deliver to CBD/town offices?

Yes, we can deliver to office premises. However, please note that all collections will be done at the lobby of the office building. Our delivery partner will contact the recipient via phone to coordinate the item handover.

Can I remain anonymous?

Absolutely! We take pleasure in assisting customers who wish to remain anonymous to the recipient, fostering a sense of mystery and secrecy.

Rest assured, we commit to keeping the sender's details confidential and will not disclose them to the recipient or any other party. Therefore, secret admirers and individuals looking to add a touch of surprise to their love life are warmly welcomed!

When will you deliver my orders?

We operate 2 delivery slots per day, and these are arranged on a 4-hour block each (i.e. 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm). 

For the Standard Delivery option, we regret to inform that we are unable to commit to a specific time within the 4-hour block as this is subject to our delivery partner's availability, route and delivery schedule.

Can I request for a specific delivery timing? (e.g. between 12 to 1pm)

For urgent deliveries or deliveries with specific timing, kindly contact us via our contact form, email or WhatsApp, and we will coordinate and discuss any additional charges that may apply.

Can I change my delivery or self-collection time/date?

Should you wish to modify your delivery or self-collection time/date, kindly reach out to us promptly via our contact form, email or WhatsApp, and we will gladly assist you with your request.

Kindly be aware that changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or self-collection time.

What if my recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery when the delivery arrives?

Upon arrival at the designated address, if no one is available at the premises to receive the delivery, we will initiate contact with both the recipient and sender to seek further instructions. In the event that both parties are unreachable, the product(s) will be returned to us.

We regret to inform that additional charges will apply for subsequent delivery attempts upon your request.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Please contact us via our contact form, email or WhatsApp with your order details and we will be happy to assist.

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of each bouquet, cancellation/change must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Order Issues

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?

Upon submission of your order, a confirmation email containing your order details will be promptly dispatched to your email address. 

Should you not receive this confirmation within one hour of placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us via our contact form, email or WhatsApp to verify the status of your order. 

Kindly check your spam or junk mail folder, as occasionally, confirmation emails may be automatically classified as spam by your service provider.

Upon receiving my flowers/plants, I noticed they are wilting/spoiled. What should I do? 

While your flowers/plants are expected to arrive fresh, they might experience slight dehydration during transportation. For fresh flowers, a simple remedy involves trimming the stems, replacing the water in a clean vase, and providing a gentle mist of water to the flowers.


In the unlikely event that your flowers/plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please promptly reach out to us via our contact form, email or WhatsApp.

Can I exchange/return/refund my order?

At Flower & You, our primary objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase. In the unlikely event that our products have not met your expectations and you would like to request an exchange, return, or refund, please refer to our Exchange, Returns and Refunds policy.

Flower Care

How long can my fresh flowers last?

The longevity of flowers is influenced by the prevailing heat conditions in Singapore. Typically, customers observe an average lifespan of 3-5 days. Note that exposure to hot weather during a photo shoot can affect their vitality. Please refer to the section on 'How do I care for my fresh flower bouquet' below for valuable tips on extending the lifespan of your flowers.

How do I care for my fresh flower bouquet?

Upon receipt of the bouquet, kindly unwrap it and place the flowers in a vase filled with clean, cold water. Change the water and trim the stems at a 45-degree angle by 1 cm every couple of days to keep the flowers hydrated, and promptly remove any leaves or petals submerged in the water to prevent contamination. Place the flowers at an area with partial sunlight and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.

Additionally, you have the option to create a dried bouquet by drying the flowers.

How do I care for my dried/preserved flowers?

Unlike the fresh flower bouquet, it is advisable to maintain the dried/preserved bouquet in its current state. It is advisable to keep the dried/preserved flowers away from water.

Optionally, you may enhance the bouquet's fragrance by adding a few drops of essential oil.
