Flower & You makes every effort to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions on our website. However, as flowers and plants are inherently products of nature, the actual product(s) delivered to you may vary (e.g. sizes, shapes, colors) due to factors beyond our control, such as seasonal availability and regional differences. Flower & You shall not be held responsible for such variations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Services
Flower & You is committed to accommodate all orders according to customers' selected dates and timeslots. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing us from delivering within the requested timeslot. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to reschedule another delivery date at your convenience.
Please be advised that we cannot be held liable for any damages or inconvenience resulting directly or indirectly from non-delivery or late delivery of orders. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect delivery address and contact details specified in the order
- Recipient not available at the provided address on the specified delivery date and timeslot
- Rejection of delivery at the point of delivery
We engage third-party delivery services to delivery our product(s) to you. Flower & You shall not be held liable for any defects, damages, or failures caused by the third-party delivery service provider.
Exchange, Returns and Refunds
Our Policy
At Flower & You, our primary objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase. In the unlikely event that our products have not met your expectations and you would like to request an exchange, return, or refund, please refer to the following conditions:
For defective product(s)
- Please promptly inform us of any defects within the stipulated timeframe below:
- Perishable products (e.g. flowers and plants): Within 24 hours of receiving the product(s)
- Non-perishable products (e.g. pots and soil): Within 72 hours of receiving the product(s)
- Kindly provide your order number, description of the issue and supporting images via our contact form, email or WhatsApp, and we will make arrangements for the exchange of the defective product(s)
- Please be advised that any communication beyond the specified timeframes above regretfully cannot be accommodated for exchange, return or refund purposes
- Kindly be advised that specific items are ineligibility for exchange, return or refund, and these include:
- Items that have been used or show signs of use
- Promotional items
For unavailability of product(s)
In the unlikely event that our product(s) becomes unavailable, we will promptly contact you to discuss suitable alternatives. Should you not agree with the suggested alternatives, we will proceed to process a refund.
For incorrect or incomplete deliveries
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect or incomplete product(s) in your delivery, kindly reach out to us, and we will promptly arrange for the delivery of the correct item.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method utilized for the initial purchase. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your credit card statement.
Limitation of Liabilities
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations of liabilities outlined in this section:
- Flower & You shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and/or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided by Flower & You
- Flower & You may engage third-party vendors or suppliers for the provision of certain products or services. In such cases, Flower & You shall not be held liable for any defects, damages, or failures related to products or services supplied or provided by third parties
- Flower & You shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, and government actions
- In no event shall the total liability of Flower & You, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), product liability, strict liability, or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of our services exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) or service(s) giving rise to the claim
